Often people choose to be held and guided on a Shamanic Journey to assist them with finding answers, healing, wisdom and knowledge.
A Shamanic Journey can show you many things and provide an extra-ordinary experience. Many people use a Shamanic Journey to find a power animal, retrieve a soul part, destiny retrieval and converse with enlightened beings and ancestors.
Many aspects of a shamanic Journey can be done within a Shamanic Ceremony session or on its own.

The Munay Ki are initiatory practices and teachings of the shamans of the Andes and amazon. The Munay Ki are nine rites, energetic empowerments and transmissions that are a gentle but deep catalyst for change. Transforming wounds of the past, both genetic and karmic as well as upgrading our DNA so that we can change the way we live, age, heal and die.
"Munay" is the Quechuan word that means the expression of Love, and "Ki" is the expression of energy or power.
The Munay Ki are empowerments that express Love and Power in equal measure, a symbiotic relationship held and shared in balance and harmony, the teachings guide us to hold this balance and harmonic expression in all the things we do. 

A despacho is a prayer bundle or offering. It is the Andean ceremonial practise of making offerings to the Apus (mountains), Pachamama and other nature beings.
he are also often used as an expression of gratitude at times of births and deaths, as well a range of other reasons.
The Despacho ceremony is a tradition that has been used for hundreds of years and is done in the spirit of Ayni, Sacred Reciprocity - the core guiding principle of the Andean People. 

Similar to a mandala or sacred creation, the despacho holds symbolic elements, items from nature, nuts, seeds, sweets, flowers and coloured ribbons and string. Using our sacred breath to blow into the Despacho the prayers of the participants.
