What is a Shamanic Journey?
In ‘new-age’ shamanic language, journeying is referred to as ‘riding the drum-horse’ – meaning that the sound of the drum (or rattle) provides a kind of vehicle upon which we can journey to non-ordinary reality with the shamanic trance (ecstasy).
The Shaman knows the way to different realms that host allies and information that can be retrieved. Through journeying the shaman can also retrieve soul-parts when someone has experience a soul-loss.

It is easy to become lost or misled on the journey so it is wise to seek someone experienced at drumming and journeying to that they can ensure a safe and easy passage, paying the right and appropriate honour and respect to the guides and allies that may come forward to help.

Power Animal Journey

Power animals are allies that step forward in the image of an animal.
Often the Power Animal stays present for the period of time that is needed and often comes forward to assist with a particular issue at hand.
I will guide you on a Journey to find and retrieve your Power Animal, assist you to embody it and receive valuable knowledge and insight that will help you and support you in the transformation that you need.
This can be done within a Shamanic Ceremony, 1 to 1 or as a group.

Lower World Journey

A Journey to the Lower World is like a Journey to Eden. It is a landscape of Life, healing and opportunity.
Here I will guide you to walk through the landscape so that you can retrieve a Soul gift and a Soul Part - bringing part of you back home to yourself and utilising a gift that will enable to you assist in welcoming back the Soul Part that had stepped away for a time.
I will assist you to embody and embrace the gift and soul part, welcoming them home within you.

This is typically done within a Shamanic Ceremony, however it can also be done 1 to 1 or within a group.

Upper World Journey

As your guide I will assist you passage to the Upper World, the realm of Ancestors, Spiritual Guides and light beings that transcend time and space.
Here you can receive Wisdom and Guidance from enlightened Souls who have traversed time and space, accumulating healing and knowledge.
You may also connect with a Spirit Animal, retrieve a timeline to a higher Destiny.
I will hold space for you to integrate these Wisdoms and teachings.
This can be done within a Shamanic Ceremony, 1 to 1 or as a group.

Drum or Rattle Meditation

There are many reasons to experience a Shamanic Journey.
We will connect prior to the session to discuss what your intention and needs are to co create a defined intention and beautiful Journey Ceremony for you.
Using the Drum or Rattle you will be held in a safe container with the sound as your guide to your inner landscape.
This experience can be beneficial to those who have an intention already and wish to be held in a safe container or for those who wish to have an extra-ordinary experience but are unsure what intention to set and would prefer space and guidance to assist their experience.
